Card refund

1. Go to the customer card of the customer you want to refund in the portal. This is done by going to the customer section and search for the customer

1. Click one the transaction that is to be refunded in this case it is the transaction marked above and below window will pop up

1. Press “Manage Refund” and select what product to refund, what amount, if access is to be removed directly and the reason behind the refund

2. To confirm the refund press “Submit Refund”
