Change carrier for magazine delivery

If a customer does not get their magazine sent to them one reason can be that the default carrier can't send it out to them. The default carrier currently is Earlybird. If the customer doesn't receive their magazine after two send outs, then changing to postnord is an action.

  1. Go to the customers page and search for the customer.
  1. Once in the customer card go to Actions

    2. Go to “Set Preferred carrier”
    3. Notion image
    4. Change to the new carrier for the customer. Usually this is changing from Earlybird to Postnord. Note that this changes all future deliveries for the customer as well. Then press save and you are done!
