Add customers to a delivery list
If a customer is not on the delivery list you can manually add them to a delivery list.
- Go to ‘Customer’ then ‘Deliveries’ in the deliveries menu pick the magazines which failed to deliver.
- Once you have the right list go to “Report missing delivery”
- When you are on “Report missing delivery” it's important to note that the customer will only be added to this list and not a future list. If the customer is meant to be on future delivery list and is not, contact Sesamy support and we will look into it. If the customer only should have access to magazine subscription and no digital and have no email connected you tick the box “Customer does not have an account” and fill in the required data.
- Select customer and check that everything is correct and then press save and you are done!
