Contract
A contract is an agreement granting access to products for a specific duration, which is determined by the type of product included:
- Recurring: These contracts automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless either party decides to terminate the agreement.
- Renewable: Unlike recurring contracts that automatically renew, renewable contracts require clients to actively choose to extend their partnership beyond the initial contract term.
- Perpetual: These contracts remain in effect indefinitely once established unless either party decides to terminate the agreement. This is typically the case for single item acquisitions.
